Employer Branding as a Promoter of Employees’ Organisational Commitment

The purpose of the study is to investigate role employer branding (EB) on employee organisational commitment (OC) among employees various service sectors such as banking and financial institutions health. paper employed a cross-sectional survey research design consisting self-administrated questionnaire for collecting data from 260 employees. Data were collected using purposive sampling. A Partial Least Squares Structural Equation (PLS-SEM) was used test hypotheses. findings show that EB positively significantly affects affective (AC), continuous (CC), normative (NC). As practical implications, provides useful insights both managers organisations management standpoint about essentiality in an organisation.
